Who is Devlin Raines?

Devlin Raines is our antagonist. The leader of the cult, he wants to capture Michael Hawkins and use his blood.

Devlin is eager to do what he thinks is necessary to create something so profoundly violent and dangerous. No one is safe. Anyone that stands in his way is treated to incredibly disgusting and malevolent torture at his hands, and he is not afraid to get himself dirty. His background is in science, but he is a mastermind at manipulation and obtaining what he wants through any means necessary.

Here is a physical description of Raines:

“I turned my head to see a man standing just inside the doorway. He was tall, thin, dressed all in black and draped in a long trench coat. His hair was long and white, pulled back the way Michael would have done. Yet, despite the color of his hair, he didn’t appear old at all. He looked youthful, but his features were angular and cold, with a strong Roman nose to accent his profile. His eyes were a striking shade of dark green.”
