The Seven Lives of May Levesque is a holiday romance for today’s reader. If you love Hallmark or Lifetime Christmas movies, especially ones with some fantasy or sci-fi thrown in, you’ll love this book.
There are a number of interesting characters in The Seven Lives of May Levesque. You already know May from the cover. What about the other people in her life? Here’s where you can learn more about them!

Starting at the top left and going clockwise: Jess, Eva, Imogene Wadsworth, Lydia Jacobs, Luke Golding, Welleria the Swamp Witch, Uncle Bobby Bayou, and Gaven St. John.
Jess is a free spirit, a painter and artist. She’s vibrant and fun-loving. Her wife, Eva, is more down-to-earth, an introvert, and less interested in chatting with complete strangers than Jess is. They balance each other quiet well.
Imogene Wadsworth was a spitfire of an elderly woman hailing from England. She was deeply in love with her husband, even all the years later after he passed away.
Lydia Jacobs is opinionated and also a bit lonely. Her husband had passed away years ago, but she loves people and owns a small shop in Brattleboro. She appreciates antiques and all the little things that people collect over the years that make up their personalities.
Luke Golding is a sculptor and artist as well as a former flame of May Levesque. They were in love for a time, and he was deeply romantic towards May, but some things just aren’t meant to be.
Welleria the Swamp Witch is literally a crazy woman who may or may not be dozens of years old. She has a fondness for Uncle Bobby Bayou that cannot be held in check.
Uncle Bobby Bayou, aka Robert Jacoby is a beautiful man who holds a lot of love in his heart for his wife and child who passed away years earlier. He keeps to himself, partly out of fear of becoming close to another person like he was with his wife.
Gaven St. John is the new man in May’s life. He’s rough on the exterior but chivalrous and has a great sense of humor. He’s also hiding a secret that could be the end of his relationship with May.
